The dominating criterion which classifies this residence to the most Mykonian charismatic houses is the vast, undistracted and panoramic view of the Aegean Sea.
As far as the golden sunset is concerned, it is the trademark of the residence since the location at which the house is constructed is the ideal place for one to enjoy the warm kiss of the sun on the face of the sea and that is why lots of people every day visit the area. It is located 200 meters from the beach with the big pebbles which the natives call them Houlakia and gives you the impression that the house springs from the rock.
The villa is a 3 level maisonette, (in a luxury villa complex), with wooden interior staircases which lead to the first floor and built ones which lead at the lower floor.

Villa Layout

At the ground floor there is a roomy kitchen fully equipped with white cupboards and fixtures and the gorgeous dining room may host up to eight guests.
A spacious living room built into two levels with wooden floors at the upper level and perl colour tiles combined with white marble at the rest of the space gives to one the sense that all the colors of the Greek sea and sky are brought inside this room.
The lower space due to the atilt soil gives you the impression that it is beneath the surface of the soil but in reality, it is the ground floor. There are two bedrooms with double beds, (one with double French built bed), a bathroom and a roomy living room with fire place and built coach, whose French window looks at the big terrace with the unique and vast view of the sea.
One suite at the upper floor of the property with independent bathroom and double bedroom. Sea view and sunrise view from the large windows.
The spacious, veranda and flowering terrace features a large swimming pool with pergola covered dining area and comfortable sun beds.
