Villa Matilda has been developed through the bold rupture of old and new, by preserving the natural rock at some interior areas as a distinctive decorative element, that manages to create a unique sense of communication between the past and modern age. The spacious living room (with a fireplace) and dining room adjacent to the kitchen, is equipped with all modern appliances. The villa features full air conditioning, WIFI, flat screen tv and alarm system.
The villa was built for true outdoor living and that can be easily acknowledged once you lay your eyes on the expansive infinity edge pool and the amazing outdoor dining table that offers impeccable views of Psarou Beach. Payment policies:

For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:

-    Down payment 50% of the total amount upon reservation.
-    Balance 50% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival.
-    Security deposit 1500 euros required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival.

For reservation less than 60 days prior to check-in:

-    Down payment 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
-    Security deposit 1500 euros required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival.
