The apartment 1B is a ground floor apartment located close to the large central swimming pool of the residence, with its veranda totally protected from the wind. It features 2 cozy bedrooms -one of them being a master bedroom and the other one a double bed and a twin bed, both with their own en suite bathrooms- that can accommodate up to 5 guests. Additionally, apartment 1B features a sofa bed which could be used by an additional guest. The apartment 1B offers vast breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and both the old and the new harbor of Mykonos. It has air conditioning and central heating systems and an electrical generator installed to be used in case of an emergency. Also provided are TV and Wi-Fi internet connection and all necessary kitchen equipment.

Payment policies:

For reservations more than 3 months prior to check-in:

-    Down payment 40% of the total amount upon reservation.
-    Balance 60% of the amount 3 months prior to arrival.
-    Security deposit 500 euros required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival

For reservation less than 3 months prior to check-in:

-    Down payment 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
-    Security deposit 500 euros required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival.
