The apartment 2B is a ground floor apartment located at the central swimming pool level, consisting of 2 bedrooms (each featuring a double-bed, both with their own en suite bathrooms) and a living room with a sofa-bed. 2B can accommodate 4 guests while the sofa bed which could be used by an additional guest. On its wind-shielded veranda its guests can enjoy full access to the central swimming pool and have a parking space reserved for them. The apartment 2B offers vast breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and both the old and the new harbor of Mykonos. It has air conditioning and central heating systems and an electrical generator installed to be used in case of an emergency. Also provided are TV and Wi-Fi internet connection and all necessary kitchen equipment.

Payment policies:

For reservations more than 3 months prior to check-in:

-    Down payment 40% of the total amount upon reservation.
-    Balance 60% of the amount 3 months prior to arrival.
-    Security deposit 500 euros required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival

For reservation less than 3 months prior to check-in:

-    Down payment 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
-    Security deposit 500 euros required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival.
