Our Rates include:

- 6 hours daily maid service, change of towels daily and linen every 2 days
- This rental rates includes: the house-keeping, and all utilities/charges (water, electricity, linen, towels, cleaning, pool maintenance, taxes,  and complementary assistance upon arrival at airport or harbor and escort to the villa, + assistance for check-in / out procedures at the property).
- Pre-stocking first day with water, juice, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, soft drinks.
- Welcome at airport (pick up and follow) check in & check out.
