Villa Olena is located a few steps away from Mediterranean Ornos Beach in a unique location. The villa has a very large outdoor area featuring open views, a private outdoor swimming pool and a garden with a number of sitting areas, so that guests can enjoy the beautiful views in the Greek Styled outdoor area. The outdoor area has also a large BBQ area with a pergola and a dining table. The spacious maintained garden blends with the surrounding nature and the Myconian style.

The villa consists of three levels. It has 4 spacious bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests, 3 bathrooms and 1 WC. It features also a spacious and modern sea view kitchen lounge, with top class Italian furniture and all necessary brand-new appliances.

The first level has the outdoor area including the swimming pool and BBQ area. The second level is the 1st floor of the villa that includes the kitchen, living room and the master bedroom. The 3rd level has the 3 other bedrooms and bathrooms.

Villa Olena offers many comforts, these include but are not limited to Wi-Fi, cable and satellite TV, DVD player, home cinema, a laptop for the guests' use and a free parking.  Members of staff live nearby and take care of everything the guests may need. Daily cleaning is also provided.

Payment policies:

For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:

-    Down payment 50% of the total amount upon reservation.
-    Balance 50% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival.
-    Security deposit 1000 euros required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival

For reservation less than 60 days prior to check-in:

-    Down payment 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
-    Security deposit 1000 euros required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival.
