Located less than a 5-minute drive from bustling Mykonos Town, amidst 5.000 m2 grounds, the 6-bedroom Villa Sunlight is the ideal option for unforgettable vacations in a tranquil and relaxing environment.
Villa Sunlight is part of a private estate which consists of 2-independent properties, located at the fashionable Houlakia Bay area, just a short drive from Saint Stefanos beach and Mykonos Town well protected from the wind. Built by Mykonian laborers with respect to the Cycladic architecture, Villa Sunlight is welcoming guests who want to combine an authentic Mykonian accommodation experience while being very close to the center of the world renown Mykonos’ nightlife.  
Choulakia Bay, with uniquely shaped pebbles of natural interest is very close (300m), as well as Mykonos Town (4 km) and Saint Stefanos Beach (1km).
The villa is under renovation at the moment and will be ready to welcome guests with a fresh look for their summer vacation on 2018!

2nd Unit – 136 sq.m.

Both rooms have access to a pergola covered sitting area with sea view.

1st floor:

Payment policies:

For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:

• Down payment 40% of the total amount upon reservation.
• Balance 60% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival.
• Security deposit 25% of the total amount required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival.

For reservation less than 60 days prior to check-in:

• Down payment 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
• Security deposit 25% of the total amount required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival.
