Villa Valerie

Villa Valerie is a private villa situated at prestigious St' John area just 400m from the beautiful and sandy Agios Ioannis beach. An ideal retreat!  The villa offers privacy in a magnificent surrounding of breath taking views to Delos and Rhinia islands, making every sunset a unique experience.
It comprises of two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and one separate guest room with two single beds, 4 bathrooms, two living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and a magnificent outdoor space with build in barbeques, dining areas and of course a private pool.
The outdoor area has ample space and was designed to be comfortable for any guest to enjoy the beauties and views of this great island both at day and night. 

Villa Layout

The villa is built on two levels with several entrances and surrounding garden.

Upper Level:

-    Comfortable living room, with roof fan.
-    A fully equipped kitchen
-    A master bedroom with A/C, roof fan and en-suite bathroom.
With many large windows there is natural light most of the day and a 360 view to the garden, the private pool and the sea. From this level you can access the outdoor dining gazebo and barbeque area and the pool either from the main entrance of directly from the kitchen. On the veranda there is fantastic outdoor living room overlooking the pool, offering staggering views of Delos and Rhinia islands.

Pool Level:

On the pool level area there is the private pool, a unique large build oval dining area, two barbeques and a build bar. 

Lower Level

-    Bedroom with double bed, A/C, roof fan and bathroom.
-    Bedroom with 2 single beds, A/C, roof fan and en-suite bathroom.
-    Open plan kitchen with an indoor formal dining area
-    A second living area which opens out onto the garden terrace with a marble dining table.

Independent Guesthouse

-    The guest house is located at the lower garden area, with its own entrance, 2 single beds, A/C, roof fan, en –suite bathroom, a tv and a mini fridge.

Payment policies:

For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:

-    Down payment 40% of the total amount upon reservation.
-    Balance 60% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival.
-    Security deposit 25% of the total amount required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival.

For reservation less than 60 days prior to check-in:

-    Down payment 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
-    Security deposit 25% of the total amount required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival.
